Our MSc student and research assistant Mustafa Can Karataş successfully presented his work ‘Tree-Based Classification for Epilepsy Using Prioritized Electrode Combinations’ at International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ELECO 2025), held this year in Bursa.
This study was carried out with the mentoring and research support of our PhD researcher Serhat İsmet Sargın and under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Aysa Jafari Farmand . The study focuses on analyzing EEG signals using band power features to identify optimal electrode combinations by prioterized electrodes for accurate epilepsy detection, highlighting innovative approaches in neurological signal processing and contributing to the advancement of diagnostic techniques in the field.
Congratulations to our member for this well-deserved achievement.
